when using drm kernel modules from git (2008-01-07) and having glxgears running, the system locks hard after an unspecified amount of time.

setup:

linux kernel 2.6.23.12
xorg from git (libs, xserver, drivers, drm, drm-modules, pixman) from 2008-01-07

hardware: intel 965GM in Dell latitude D830
Comment 1 Jens Stroebel 2008-01-24 04:51:51 UTC
With git versions of everything
(libs, xserver, drivers, drm, drm-modules, pixman, Mesa) checked out on 2008-01-23, I could not reproduce the problem anymore (which is a little difficult to state as a certainty, regarding the fact that "unspecified time" meant "I don't know when, but waiting long enough, it happens". Having it running 90 minutes did not show the effect.).

I will therefore close this bug and in the unlikely case it should surface again, I'll re-open.
