I think I have to just drop KPDL mapping from both cz and sk layouts - so the default mapping would be used (unless overridden by xkb options)

I'm tried it with 
Qt: 4.4.0
KDE: 4.00.84 (KDE 4.0.84 (KDE 4.1 >= 20080625) "release 1.1"
wine-1.1.0
openSUSE 11 64-bit and this problem persists still ;?(
I reported it as https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=405055 in Novell's bugzilla too. I hope there is somebody who is able to help with resolving of this issue more efficiently than I am.
