Description Nick Warne 2008-05-23 09:32:40 UTC
I occasionally get a server crash:

DMA queue hang: dmaPut=15, current=bc, status=0

I first thought this was Adobe flash related, as it has never happened with GNU Gnash, but today it happened whilst switching workspaces in Fluxbox. It appears to manifest after a two to three days Xserver uptime.

I run git mesa/drm/nouveau. Using kernel 2.6.25. Using git xorg from a few weeks ago.

Any help to debug this further would be nice.

Thanks,

Nick

Graphics card model? Attachments of Xorg.0.log and dmesg (with drm.ko loaded with debug=1) for the crash? Alternatively, please consider closing this bug if it is no longer an issue.

Yes, sorry - this issue is now not applicable after upgrading to a new machine.
