Comment 1 Egbert Eich 2008-07-30 10:09:17 UTC
I don't think this is a driver specific problem.
Comment 2 Sebastian Brocks 2008-07-30 11:13:57 UTC
Would it confirm that it's a driver bug if fglrx didn't crash?
Then I might just test that.
Comment 3 Nicholas Miell 2008-08-23 12:18:34 UTC
I'm seeing the same crash attempting to run Team Fortress 2 or the Half-Life 2 demo on AMD64 WINE with the R200 driver.

This is with xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.4.99.905-2.20080702.fc9.x86_64, xorg-x11-drv-ati-6.8.0-14.fc9.x86_64, mesa-dri-drivers-7.1-0.37.fc9.x86_64

Mass closure: This bug has been untouched for more than six years, and is not obviously still valid. Please file a new report if you continue to experience issues with a current server.
