With drm-gem 2d, drm-gem DRM, and master Mesa, INTEL_NO_TTM=1 glxgears will eventually get stuck spinning in intelWaitIrq().

I haven't gone back to all master to make sure this is a regression, but I assume it's an issue with our changes to the IRQ code.
