Xserver is at master not drm-gem branch

Same tiling issue as #16326, just seen in the glReadPixels path instead of glDrawPixels.

bug 16326 is fixed,but this bug still exits.

This seems the issue of glCopyTexImage2D. The following attached test case can be used to reproduce.

The demo, the regression test I put in piglit (copytexsubimage), and the supplied test case all work on our 945G system.
