Description Vedran Miletić 2008-08-03 09:38:15 UTC
I have a Biostar TA780G M2+. When X loads, I get nothing on DVI output, even the driver detects presence of it.

VGA output works normally.

I have built git radeon driver, but it didn't help.

Please try again with ati from git master. I've significantly reworked the output setup.

I have the same problem with asrock A780FullDisplayPort and radeon driver version 6.12.2. No output on DVI, VGA works.

DVI works with the same setup and radeonhd 1.2.5
Comment 6 Alex Deucher 2009-04-23 12:31:32 UTC
Can you both try ati git master? If this is pll related, I recently added support for fractional feedback dividers which should help hit closer to the desired dot clock.

Just tried ati from git master but without success. DVI is still not working.
Comment 8 Alex Deucher 2009-10-21 13:46:32 UTC
can you try with ati from git master? Specifically commit 66b194a78c470cb3978f310828dd96c3f3e96944.
Comment 9 Alex Deucher 2009-12-09 10:07:34 UTC
Can you try with the latest code from xf86-video-ati git master? I just committed some new PLL code that might help.
Comment 10 Christian Preilowski 2010-01-05 14:53:28 UTC
Tried version 6.12.4 today. DVI is now working for me :-).
