Seems loudmouth supports proxy user and password, so we should add "https-proxy-user" and "https-proxy-password" parameters to Gabble and make use of them when connecting.

Gabble now uses Wocky which is based on GIO. GIO has gain proxy support (SOCKS5/4a/4) since version 2.26 and I'm working in Wocky to add HTTP Connect proxy support. The code is under review.
