Taken in Firefox on Ubuntu packages description site.

Pretty much what it says in the description. Observe in the attachment.

Can you check that the font you're seeing is indeed DejaVu in a text editor? On the screenshots it looks like Arial to me.

Same in gedit.

I chose "Sans Bold" in Ubuntu Hardy. I'm assuming it will be DejaVu? (msttcorefonts is indeed installed in my system.)
Comment 4 Ben Laenen 2008-08-28 05:05:15 UTC
Select DejaVu Sans, the "Sans Bold" on the font selector button isn't DejaVu. It should be wider in DejaVu.
Comment 5 Victor Gavrish 2008-08-28 05:13:33 UTC
Yeah, it was Arial. Sorry. And, apparently, a bad .fonts.conf. Until I deleted the old one, I couldn't even choose DejaVu Sans - when I pressed okay, it said Arial.

Another bug misclassified by Nicolas :-)
