NAT traversal types on StreamedMedia channels should be moved to an interface better than the old Properties. Simon has a "notprops" branch which would be a good start.

We also need to add STUN/TURN credentials, and the same interface seems like a good place to put them.

This bug and Bug #19958 are basically the same, and #19958 has more discussion, so it wins. Marking this one as a duplicate.
