I connected TV LCD to DVI-I_1/digital and small LCD to DVI-I_2/analog. After starting X DPI is somehow wrong calculated and letters are much too big on both displays. If I switch LCDs on DVI ports everything is fine.

When two outputs are connected DPI is calculated from the output that xrandr considers the primary output. If you need to change the order but cannot switch the connectors you can use the option "RROutputOrder".
