use Xv to play http://www.gnome.org/~alexl/flicker.ogg

It plays fine with DMAForXv true (the default) however the fallback paths corrupts diagnoally somehow (looks like an off by one or alignment issue).

aligning the dstPitch to 64 instead of 16 in all cases seems to make it work nicely again.
