Currently FcNameParse() uses a LangSet for FC_LANG.  So trying to get the lang elements as string fails.  It tricked hughsie and I for quite some time today as we normally think of languages as strings.  It would be convenient to allow getting them out as strings too.

This, while possible, will make the code very ugly.  Lets forget about it for now.  It would have been a convenience anyway.
