Using an updated Fedora 10 x86_64 system the attached .pdf document opens but is only partially drawn. The attached .png file shows the expected results. xpdf and The Gimp both seem to handle the file appropriately.

Seems to work here, which poppler version are you using? Can you attach the wrong rendering?

I can see the text so i'm closing the bug as fixed. If you update to poppler 0.10.x and you still have problems please reopen the bug.
