In the above PDF file (and all the others from Paizo containing pathfinder rules) the capital A in one type of headers does not render.
Installing corefonts (Microsoft fonts) and freefonts did nothing. Using Adobes acroread it renders just fine.

Will be fixed with next freetype release.
