Description Michal Nowak 2009-01-13 09:57:52 UTC
Consider some big video (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2813754003794505399) [~100 MiB]

1) click Play
2) after few secs click Pause
3) open Properties list
4) wait for the Flash Movie to download
5) "Save as..."
6) select target dir and choose filename
7) "Save"

Error msg pops-up stating:

"Not able to open file $SOME_FIREFOX_CACHE_PATH/total_mess_name, save failed."

And really the mentioned cached file does not exists. I believe it works quite nice on "small" movies [~10 MiB]. Maybe some big-file chunking happens here, and de-chunking is necessary?
