Problem:

While using Google Earth-4.2 or perhaps at the time of closing it, i found the following message on my console:

'do_wait: drmWaitVBlank returned -1, IRQs don't seem to be working correctly.
Try adjusting the vblank_mode configuration parameter.'


There is no functionality failure observed.

I had the same problem: it is already fixed in recent radeon drm module (i.e. that provided with Ubuntu 9.04 or one compiled from mesa/drm git).

Problem doesn't appear using Ubuntu-9.04
