Problematic PDF

The first picture shows how it's displayed in Okular (which is wrong) and the
second picture shows how it's displayed in Adobe Reader (which is correct).

I created that bug after I have been told in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=186871 that this is a poppler bug and not an Okular bug.
