http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/errors.html doesn't actually include the DBus error names of each error, but only includes strings like "Encryption Not Available".

Fixed in my branch include-error-names <http://git.collabora.co.uk/?p=user/wjt/telepathy-spec-wjt.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/include-error-names> which includes another fix to make `make upload-branch` actually upload the new-style output.

The new output is visible at <http://people.freedesktop.org/~wjt/telepathy-spec-include_error_names/spec/errors.html>.
