Mission Control crashes with an assertion failure when CreateAccount is used to create an account on a nonexistent CM, or for a nonexistent protocol on a real CM.
tests/twisted/account-bad-cm.py in my tests branch can be used to reproduce this.

account-manager/bad-cm.py proves that this has been fixed.
