Idle's default quit message — “So long and thanks for all the IRC - telepathy-idle IRC Connection Manager for Telepathy - http://telepathy.freedesktop.org” — makes me cringe whenever I see it. It's really long, and I hate advertising in quit messages.

The above branch allows the quit message to be unset (as permitted by the RFC), and removes the default entirely.

Merged, will be in idle 0.1.3 or 0.2.0, whichever I call it.
