I believe we need some more advanced tools for admins and librarians. Via the OCAL website preferablly

Requested specifically:

1. Administrator/Librarian Ability to move one clipart from one author to a different one. 

Most other functions and details can already be changed, but shifting a clipart from one author to another is not currently possible, but heavily needed.
