Hello,

using Option "AccelMethod" EXA in xorg.conf causes some minor graphical glitches in KDE4 menus and also in Firefox browser. Icons in KDE4 menus are litle corrupted (text is OK). 
Changing acceleration architecture to XAA, or changing driver to radeonhd solve this problem. But, radeonhd is slower for me and have some different bugs. 

I was playing with this options, but without success.
Option "DisplayPriority"
Option "ColorTiling"
Option "AccelDFS"
Option "EXAVSync"

Configuration :
GPU: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon Mobility X1400
xserver: X Server 1.6.1
radeon driver: xf86-video-ati-6.12.2
KDE 4.2.2

So you tried disabling AccelDFS?

Does

    Option "ExaOptimizeMigration" "off"

work around the problem? Though in that case I'd expect radeonhd to be affected as well, assuming it also uses EXA...

Yes, now. I must confirm, that this option solve problem with broken icons in KDE4 menus. But, krunner is slow like when I'am using XAA acceleration architecture.

No, same poblem. (tried only with this two options in xorg.conf :"AccelMethod" "EXA","ExaOptimizeMigration" "off")

With radeonhd is menu perfectly clear, but radeonhd have some different bugs (like corupted picture after switching virtual desktops)
