I've seen a few crashes in Gabble caused by GabbleJingleContents outliving their session. I think I've tracked down all the cases in which that could happen:

* There were some reference leaks; and
* There were cases where a content would never emit 'removed'.

My branch jingle-content-lifecycle fixes these issues. It's a child branch of the one awaiting review at #21431.
