I am seeing weird rendering of U+1E18, U+1E19, U+1E76U and U+1E77 on my system. The circumflex descends way too far on the right hand side. Screenshot of the last two attached.

This only happens when hinting is set to medium or full.  Mono and serif is unaffected.

I'm not sure what other information you might need, but here is an attempt to give some useful package versions:
