Dejavu Serif Condensed Italic (lgc) files  have bad metadata, causing fontconfig to think they are "Condensed" only, and inducing font selectors in error

I would say that this is the same issue as described in Bug# 15149.

It would be great to fix this, as it renders Dejavu Serif Condensed pretty much unusable for Mac users.
