Gabble uses an outdated version of various Jingle namespaces, and doesn't advertise that it supports urn:xmpp:jingle:apps:rtp:audio or urn:xmpp:jingle:apps:rtp:video.

We should bump the namespace and add these caps as appropriate. This won't break backwards-compatibility with older Gabbles, since they will just fall back to the older Jingle draft we support.

My branch 'jingle-namespaces' bumps the namespaces to the latest version, and corrects the advertised capabilities.

It also fixes a regression introduced in the google-video branch.
