Description:
When I try to visite some regular websites(Doesn't contain flash or java) like Netbeans download page or even some pictures using any browser Opera,FF,... except for google chrome
Also When moving any window fast
System State after the freeze : Only X is not responding but I can ssh to my pc & it respond normally
I'm now using vesa and everything is fine on the same resolution

I'm currently using Fedora 11 x86_64

I suspect F11 is missing this patch:

Can you try xf86-video-ati from git master or the stable 6.12-branch?

Everything is fine now with xf86-video-ati-6.12.4
But there's something happened only once , when I tried to move windows extremely fast for 4seconds , Pc freezes , But It working fine now , I can move windows normally , open netbeans website , 
in brief : proplem solved & I'll try to submit fedora bug
