I tried to open a chat to my empathy from ebuddy web messenger (with another contact of course)
And I got a python exception. The traceback is attached.


NOTE: I previously tried to open a chat from empathy to the other contact (which was online available), but unsuccessfully. the debug window said that the channel could not be opened

This was related to offline messaging support and should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting this bug
