kdm cannot start X server (computer lockups) on RV730 unless 88a50a30df11a06263209340a42251851f8e2334 is reverted.

I'm running 2.6.32 kernel with KMS. Pure X or gdm has no problems at all.

Did src/Makefile(.in) get regenerated and radeon_vbo.c compiled into the driver? Does re-running ./autogen.sh fix the problem?
