Description bjaglin 2010-01-07 13:06:33 UTC
When using VLC on the s-video port set up in dual head, with KMS enabled, the video is not updated. The same config works fine with UMS. Disabling XV_VSYNC has no effect. No error message when the video freezes.

I am running a rv250, git latest libdrm/mesa/ddx, 2.6.32 + drm-radeon-testing. Compiz is disabled.

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon RV250 [Mobility
FireGL 9000] (rev 02)

I have found two workarounds so far:
- use mirror mode
- move the window so that it is just a few pixels away from the left border (LVDS side), or even more so that part of the window is on the LVDS screen.

Mass closure: This bug has been untouched for more than six years, and is not
obviously still valid. Please reopen this bug or file a new report if you continue to experience issues with current releases.
