Add switch to disable migration tool

telepathy-mission-control automatically compiles mc4 migration tool if gconf is present. I propose to add --disable-migration-tool option to configure script. The patch is attached.

In Debian we do this by just not installing the migration tool, if it was built. Is there a reason why this is not acceptable for your distribution?

(Or if you're not using distribution packages, is there a reason why not? :-)

My distribution is source-based (Exherbo). You may know about other source-based distros like Gentoo, Sabayon or FreeBSD. We don't recalculate dependencies after installation, so it would be much more convenient for us to have such option.

Are there any objections against my patch?

Fixed in 5.5.0 by removing the migration tool entirely :-)
