Patch to detect Lenovo T500 and override pll parameters

Commit 86cb2bbfda2cf402aee46779ee90bbb7d915482b drm/radeon/kms: use lcd pll limits when available from drm-radeon-testing git breaks on Lenovo T500 laptop. Immediately on KMS init the screen goes white with colored lines, then fades to black.

BIOS reports 45000/60000 for LCD min/max, while normal min/max is 90000/120000. Forcing the normal values over the lcd values makes things work.
