Description Andy Furniss 2010-03-24 12:42:21 UTC
RV670 AGP card running git drt, ddx, xserver.

Updating ddx today to get the last four r6xx commits resulted in a perf regression with seamonkey 2.02 which has performed fine with KMS for some time.

This drt kernel does seem to be exceptionally poor for x11 putimage and testing with one built with the agp pool allocator patches does give much better perf.

With both kernels I am getting in dmesg several -

[drm:radeon_cs_ioctl] *ERROR* Failed to parse relocation !

and in VT 1 lots of

WRITE DOMAIN RELOC FAILURE 0xd 2 4
WRITE DOMAIN RELOC FAILURE 0xd 4 2

drt kernels are not quite up to date, but only missing the last batch of 7 commits.
