The user has confirmed that the issue is apparent in the sample PDF: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/83992298/lp-880224-dejavu-sans-hebrew-vav.pdf "The Holam point is supposed to be above Vav, not to the left of it. The Dagesh point in Pe and Yud is hardly visible." (Not being a native Hebrew reader, I cannot know or offer guidance personally on the correctness or accuracy of the point in question).
