When submitting clipart, one is asked for the "Name" of the clipart. This seems to confuse some uploaders, especially non-native speakers of English, who enter their personal name. It also confuses the Google form filler similarly. See http://openclipart.org/cchost/media/files/TatsuoUeda/1421 The text on the web site and the field name should be changed to something like "title" to avoid this.
