Could you please do a new release 0.2.8 with the build fix for Ghostscript => 9.18?

That way, distributions don’t have to carry that patch on top of 0.2.7 [2].

I don’t know yet, if and when I have time to look more into it.

Depending on how costly a release is, I’d suggest to do a release with the build fix. Especially to save other people the hassle to look into this build problen.
