Word document crashing writer

A MS-Word document with one page containing mainly a table crashes Writer while opening. Mostly, after douple-click on the document only a short flash of the LO window can be seen which then disappears.
Sometimes a dialog box comes up telling soffice.bin has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

OOo 2.4 has no problem to open that file.

Up to now with other Word documents also LO has had no problem.

I was using LO 3.3.0 under x86 Windows Vista. Recently I installed LO 3.3.1 and found the problem doesn't persist, the file could be opened.

Thanks to all of you for trying to confirm that problem.

We don't use "FIXED" unless we know some specific code change that fixed the problem.
