[Reproducible] for horizontal alignment with reporter's sample document, OKIPAGE 14ex and "LibreOffice 3.4.2 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:203)]" I started "Print page 1-1", printer wanted manual paper supply, I feeded with 280x210mm, print was more or less perfect landscape Top Sender address distance to page top: 85mm (ok) Bottom address distance to page bottom: 60mm (ok) Sender left end distance to right page end: 220mm (expected: 270mm) NOT OK Sender left end distance to left page end: 55mm (expected: 15) NOT OK Unfortunately I never use that envelope print option so that I do not know 100% what I should expect. Result with OOo 3.1.1 is much worse. @Alex Problem visible for you?
(In reply to comment #3) > @Alex > Problem visible for you? Hi Rainer, Unfortunately, on my Mac OSX 10.6.8 box, and with a HPLJ 2500 networked printer, there are only 4 possible icon choices of orientation in my print dialog, and the three icons to the right of the first are greyed out so I can not even try to reproduce what the reporter has done. What I can say is that what I see on my screen is what is printed on A4 paper. Alex
(In reply to comment #4) The Mac OSX print dialog using LibO/OOo appears to be somewhat crippled in regard to other OSes, but this is not a knew phenomenon, it happened when the OOo devs gave up psprint on Mac for a full CUPS implementation. Alex
(In reply to comment #5) sorry, substitute "new" for "knew"
Since all new unconfirmed bugs start in state UNCONFIRMED now and old unconfirmed bugs were moved to NEEDINFO with a explanatory comment, all bugs promoted above those bug states to NEW and later are automatically confirmed making the CONFIRMED whiteboard status redundant. Thus it will be removed.
Please read this message in its entirety before responding. Your bug was confirmed at least 1 year ago and has not had any activity on it for over a year. Your bug is still set to NEW which means that it is open and confirmed. It would be nice to have the bug confirmed on a newer version than the version reported in the original report to know that the bug is still present -- sometimes a bug is inadvertently fixed over time and just never closed. If you have time please do the following: 1) Test to see if the bug is still present on a currently supported version of LibreOffice (preferably 4.2 or newer). 2) If it is present please leave a comment telling us what version of LibreOffice and your operating system. 3) If it is NOT present please set the bug to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a short comment telling us your version and Operating System Please DO NOT 1) Update the version field 2) Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) 3) Set the bug to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + LibreOffice is powered by a team of volunteers, every bug is confirmed (triaged) by human beings who mostly give their time for free. We invite you to join our triaging by checking out this link: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugTriage There are also other ways to get involved including with marketing, UX, documentation, and of course developing - http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/. Lastly, good bug reports help tremendously in making the process go smoother, please always provide reproducible steps (even if it seems easy) and attach any and all relevant material

ok, so bug has been reported by 2 different users both using OKI printers (see also comment 3) either on Windows and Linux.
If it helps in the troubleshooting, I am also running Word Pro for Windows though the Wine application layer. Word Pro has no troubles printing envelopes through CUPS
@Dan : please try with the latest 4.3 production release of LibreOffice, renaming your LO user profile before restarting LO after installation and report back here with your findings
