Hi,
I also reported another bug related to Libreoffice SWT problem on Linux : https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43415

I would be very gratefull if you give this second bug a look too.

thank you for you support.

in 3.5.2 on Fedora 64 bit and on Windows 7 32 bit it appears:
General error.
General input/output error.

in 3.3.4 attached about.xdl opened as Writer document

IMHO it may be because file contains links to different web sites

So, bug reproducible, but I do not know if it is real bug or corrupted file
Comment 5 othman 2012-04-20 10:25:06 UTC
ok it could be a corrupt file.
how about looking at this bug too https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43415
it is more important to me and to any java SWT developer using the libreoffice API. I hope you could look at the bug i mentioned. it is worth working on it as it is a stopper bug for any java SWT that wants to use LOo API.
