sample document

Steps to reproduce:
0. Install Farsi UI / Locale,
1. Menu 'Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages -> Language for'
   All to "German ( Germany)"
2. Open attached sample, you should see something like
   06.10. 47. xxx 0909V004 357,50 € 300,42 € 22.10.09 57,08 €
3. Menu 'Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages -> Language for'
Locale setting and Currency to "Farsi"
    06/10/ 47. xxx 0909V004 357٫50 € 300٫42 € ۰۹/۱۰/۲۲ 57٫08 €
    (may be ok)
4. Menu 'Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages -> Language for'
All back to "German ( Germany)". Now you see:
    06.10. 47. xxx 0909V004 ٬3٫58 € ٬3٫00 € 22.10.09 ٬0٫57 €
    (Bullshit currency!)

Yes, I confess: I did my research for "Bug 44657] RTL UI: Horizontal scrollbar in calc main window is broken" with 2 normal documents open and now have this currency problem and lots of others (for example date fields in Writer) persisting, no way to get rid of those formattings.

I do not know whether this is a new problem.

Reproduced in 3.5.1 on Windows XP 32 bit
But after restarting office currency becomes again correct
And one small problem: how to find German language in step 4?

I cannot reproduce this on 4.0.3.3 release on Bodhi Linux - marking as WFM.

@Sasha - if you have a moment to retest - if you can reproduce please mark as NEW. Thanks!
