Created attachment 56110 [details] testcase without password I was able to remove the edit password from the document. And yes, the bug is present here as well. Apart from that, Libre Office did not take the password as correct, but MS Word 2003 did. However, that might be another bug.

This is still present in the latest version (4.2)
