Description Rupert Parsons 2012-01-24 10:01:59 UTC
Problem description:

The error alert does not display an icon associated with the type of error (stop, warning, information)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a spreadsheet cell
2. In data menu select Validity
3. Select Error Alert
4. Tick "Show error message when invalid values are entered"
5. Enter a error message
6. From the "action" drop down list select: Stop, Warning, or Information
7. Now select an invalid value

Current behavior:

The error message displayed has no stop, warning or information icon associated with the type of error.

Expected behavior:

The error message should display the appropraite icon associated with the action selected from the drop down list(Stop,Warning,Information)

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1

Confirmed. Marking as NEW and prioritizing.

Enhancement: Already done

Low: Just a visual addition to give a bit of information. Not going to impact a ton of users but would be a nice addition.

ProposedEasyHack: I think that this would be an easyhack as it really is just asking to toss in an icon in the dialog

In order to limit the confusion between ProposedEasyHack and EasyHack and to make queries much easier we are changing ProposedEasyHack to NeedsDevEval.

Thank you and apologies for the noise
