no windows7 x64 to write code formula

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64, Core 2 Quad Q9650, 8GB DDR2 Kingston 800MHz, MSI P45 Zilent, MSI GTX 285 1GB, Vertex 3 120GB (system)+ 2xSeagate 1TB in RAID 0 to data.
When I choose insert->formula in my writer no display window to writing code formula.
When I do the same in openoffice 3.3 all is right.
