Problem description: 
Installation program thinks Libre Office or quick starter running
Steps to reproduce:
1. run msi....
2. change c:\ to d:\....
3. OK to close LO or quick starter (otherwise nothing is done
4. installation stopped....

Current behavior: not installed (3.4. deinstalled)

Expected behavior: installed!
