Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. launch LO Draw
2. Draw three rectangles
3. try to move one of them or scroll the page

Current behavior: scrolling up or down with ONE CLICK on the scrollbar arrows takes from 1 to 5 seconds to complete. When you drag and move a rectangle, it takes about half a second to redraw. It consumes almost 100%cpu and hangs the computer when doing such trivial tasks. Completely unusable.

Expected behavior:

Please, verify if in last version of LibreOffice still reproducible
(3.5.4 or more new)
