The author of the documents says that it can be caused by the use of two types of page breaks, of which only one is supported by LibreOffice.

Thanks for additional testing. "Version" is most early version of LO where bug reproducible. Not a current version. If bug disappears, we just close it. Changing back to 3.3.4 as most early reproduced
