Example doc with formula inserted in table and in text

I'm trying to insert field formula into table cell.
Normally I use a "Ctrl + F2" and in Field Menu -> variables -> Formula.
In text it works fine, but in table cell it inserts a Table formula instead.
I manage to overcome this by cut and paste, but it's really inconvenient.

Thanks.

I tried this in versions 3.4.2 - 3.5.2.

I cannot reproduce this with LibO 3.6.3.2, marking as WORKSFORME. If this is still a problem with a more recent version please reopen this as UNCONFIRMED and let us know what version you are using (preferably latest stable release). Thanks for your patience and for reporting this.

Still same behavior in version 4.2.3.3 and 3.6.7.2.

Do you mean that, in table, ctrl+F2 acts as F2 and open the formula bar instead of the Fields dialog?

What is your OS ?

Set status to NEEDINFO. Please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once you have provides the requested informations. Thank you for your understanding.
