Created attachment 60681 [details] ods file with diagrams Problem description: I have LibreOffice Calc document .ods with very similar diagram, made allmost the same way. Then I save it as xls or xlsx format, these diagrams in MS Office file format are empty. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create diagram with LibreOffice Calc 2. Copy this diagram to new file of LibreOffice Calc 3. Save in LibreOffice format 4. Save as in MS Excel format xls and xlsx 5. Tested to save as ODS file in MS Windows (with LibreOffice Portable 3.5.2). The rezult is similar as with Linux: in xlsx file "LDK ir ADK santykis (Furje)" sheet has no diagram, in xls file there is empty images instead of diagrams.

Confirmed with: LO 3.5.5.3 Build ID: own W7 debug build Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit Excel 2010 results: xls - missing pictures xlsx - pictures are present, but wrong formatting, legend displacement, scaling, axis titles and other problems, similar as in attached files.
