Example of my Form

Problem description:
When I use a form to consult, one by one, the records of one of my tables (from MySQL database) and I press the button "Last Record" (Ctrl+Alt+end), bases crashes, my table contains over 1000 records.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Form.
2. Insert TextFields, comboBoxes and FormattedTextFields linked to one column of my table.
3. Press either, Ctrl+Alt+end or "Last Record" button.

Current behavior:
Bases get freezed
Expected behavior:
Show the last record
Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 12.0, Windows 7 Ultimate x64

How are you accessing your mysqldb ?

- JDBC ?
- ODBC ?
- native connector extension ?

It would be helpful to have a testdb rather than just the form.
Additionally, is the problem reproducible in the latest stable 3.5.4 version of LO ?
